Important: When you come to collect your medications (or if you choose delivery), you must bring the original paper prescription. We cannot dispense medications without it, according to legal pharmacy requirements.

✔ Electronic Prescriptions (eScripts)
Many prescriptions are now issued electronically as a digital token by your doctor — you can forward this SMS or email token directly to us, and we’ll prepare your medicines ready for pickup or delivery. Ask your prescriber about eScripts if you aren’t already using them.
✔ Repeat Prescriptions
For ongoing treatments, you can arrange repeat prescriptions with your doctor and forward them when they’re ready — this speeds up the process when you’re ready to collect or have your medications delivered.
