As per the Fair Work Act 2009, employees may be required by their employers to provide certificates for work absences due to illness, injury (personal leave), or to care for a family member (carer's leave). Under this Act, pharmacists are authorized to issue certificates validating legitimate work absences. Our pharmacists provide medical certificates for minor illnesses and ailments within their scope of diagnosis. Simply visit our store and speak to one of our pharmacists for assistance. Statutory Declarations and Document verification Additionally, our pharmacy offers services for Statutory Declarations, document certifications, police checks, and pre-employment checks during trading hours.
